Mama & Baby Yoga is back this Saturday!
Join @adelynbewell for a gentle yoga flow and calming breath work to help postpartum Mamas connect back to their bodies. Newborns & pre-walking infants welcome to sit, sleep or play alongside Mamas. Adelyn even helps with babies so Mamas can focus on their self-care!
