Sound Bath in the Greenhouse Homestead Gardens Davidsonville

Start your 2024 with bi-weekly meditation in the tranquil greenhouses of Homestead Gardens.
The lush greens of Homestead Gardens coupled with the serene sounds of singing bowls make for an unforgettable event. Imagine lying in a peaceful greenhouse, surrounded by plants, while the vibrations of tranquil sounds wash over you. The noise, worries, and stress of everyday life slowly fade away as you sink into a seemingly meditative state. This event promises to be a perfect escape, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and let the soothing sounds take you on a journey of peacefulness.
Your ticket price includes an hour-long meditative experience where you will be “bathed” in sound waves as you lay on your back, on a mat in the greenhouse. You will be facilitated through the experience. This class is suitable for all levels.
Please bring your own yoga mat, blanket/towel (if desired), hydration, and appropriate clothing (greenhouses will be comfortably heated). Please arrive 10 minutes before class begins to get settled. If you would like to shop, please arrive before stores close (5PM).

Hi, I’m Brina!
I’m a local mama, wife, adventurer, houseplant fanatic and sound healing facilitator. My life was changed when I experienced my first sound bath and I am so proud and humbled to offer deep mind, body, and spiritual healing by working with the mysterious magic of vibrational sound waves of crystal singing bowls. I will take you on an hour long meditative journey where your only task is to lie down, relax, breath, listen and heal. Looking forward to sitting with you all!
