Whether you are new to fitness or looking for a fun way to sweat with friends, our Winter Sweat Series offers up an amazing opportunity to work out with the best trainers in Annapolis. Our values are rooted in the Sweat Life and our 2024 Winter Sweat Series has foundations to build strength, flexibility, agility, and friendships… all through the classes in this series.
Join us starting January 20 for Saturday morning work outs, alternating between Yoga (Barre/Pilates) and Bootcamp (LIT and HIT) style classes. Mark your calendars for this 9am start; invite a friend and bring your mat, ready to sweat it out. These All-Levels classes will be inclusive to those starting their fitness journey but offer challenges for those who are looking for some variety in their routine.
Our current ambassadors Kelly Watkins, Rene Velado, and Meagan Whitfield will be joined by other legacy ambassadors and leading trainers in our thriving Annapolis community. Come for some fresh inspiration and kindle your own sweat life to burn bright in the year ahead.
